If you are not satisfied with your Swiss line purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receipt of the product for the following reasons:
a) The product is defective and needs to be replaced by Swiss line.
In this case, the customer must contact Masson Agencies to organize a pick-up of the defective product for shipment to the headquarters. We will cover the costs for the replacement product and shipping.
All returns and communication about returns should be addressed to:
b) The customer has not opened the product but wishes to return it because she has changed her mind. In this case, the cost for returning the product may be the customer’s responsibility. For more information, please see “Terms & Conditions”. The cancellation of the order must be notified to Masson Agencies in writing (i.e. by mail, fax or e-mail) using the contact information set out above.
